I’m a Bird That Dreams of Big Things
I am a bird
I wonder if children will see me
I hear other birds chirping
I see other birds happily flying around
I want to see baby birds hatch
I am a blue bird
I pretend I will find lots of worms
I feel like I can do anything
I touch lots of worms
I understand that worms don’t
want to be eaten
I say my baby needs food
I dream of being the
prettiest bird ever!
