I Knew It Was Spring
I knew it was spring because
On Monday I saw one crocus in my yard.
On Tuesday, I saw two robins singing in a tree.
On Wednesday, I saw three kids bike riding outside.
On Thursday, I saw four people taking a walk on the road.
On Friday, I saw five leaves on a flower.
And that’s how I knew it was spring.
