I Knew It Was Spring
I knew it was spring because
On Monday, I saw one worm slithering to its house
On Tuesday, I saw two beautiful insects
On Wednesday, I saw three robins chirping and flying
On Thursday, I saw four kids not wearing coats
On Friday, I saw five leaves on a tree
And that’s how I knew it was spring.
