Marresses
My favorite restaurant is Marresses and I
always say “Wow!” when I get my food. I love the dishes of lasagna and linguini.
To make lasagna you make layers of flat noodles and put cheese in between the
layers of noodles. I like mozzarella and parmesan cheese the best. When it
comes out of the oven the cheese is all melted and stringy and cheesy it is so
good!
To make linguini you make small flat noodles.
Then you boil the noodles while you put the sauce into a pan and fry the sauce.
Then you put mushrooms and clams. Finally you pour the sauce onto the pasta and
you can eat linguini after you put it into a big plate. That is why my favorite
restaurant is Marresses.
